Thanks for shopping at DDPAI. We hope you love your purchases, but if you’re not totally satisfied with the products or request a repair, we are always here to help.
ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty of DDPAI Online Store Products
DDPAI Online Store provides warranty service and official customer support. This warranty only applies to products purchased from DDPAI Online Store: store.ddpai.com. DDPAI guarantees that, under normal use, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty period for DDPAI dashcam is one year, starting on the day you receive the product.
Product: We provide 1-years limited warranty for the Dash Cam purchased from DDPAI Online Store, all accessories are covered by 3 months warranty.
To qualify under the warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
√ The product has been used normally within the specified warranty period and has no signs of external damage.
√ The product has undergone no unauthorized disassembly, modification or addition outside of advice given in the official product guide.
√ The product has not experienced any accidental damage.
√ You are able to provide valid proof of purchase.
The warranty does not apply:
- To damage caused by unauthorized (not included in the official product manual) modification, disassembly, opening of the product and or attempted repairs;
- To consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, that may naturally diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- To damage caused by the use of third-party components or products;
- To accidental damage (for example, the product is dropped or suffers water damage);
- To product failure or damage caused by major incident or natural disaster (for example, fire, earthquake, lightning etc.)
- To damage due to incorrect installation, use and or operation of product not in accordance with the official product manual;
- To defects caused by normal wear or aging;
- To damage caused by improper use of battery packs and chargers;
- If the product’s serial number has been removed or smeared;
How to start warranty service?
- If you experience an issue with your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and explain in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Our technical support staff will try to diagnose and solve your problem by email or remote assistance. You may be asked to download and install specific software updates.
- If the problem cannot be solved by phone or software update, you will need to return the product to DDPAI for further testing and inspection. Please contact us at email@example.com and submit an after-sales request before sending back any product.
- When send product to us, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. DDPAI Online Store will be responsible for the shipping fee when we ship product back to consumer.
- Please note that product repair may cause data loss; please back up your data first.
- If the recipient address you provide is wrong, or the recipient refuses to receive the delivery, any resulting loss shall be borne by the recipient.
- If the product cannot be delivered or is rejected, it will be returned to DDPAI. DDPAI has the right to dispose of the product.
- When you sign for the product please check it is in good condition. Ensure there is no damage that may have occurred during delivery, or for any other reason. Damage to items during transportation must be reported to the DDPAI after-sales service center within 24 hours. For other issues with your returned product, please inform DDPAI within 48 hours from the date of receipt. After this period DDPAI will assume that the product is not damaged and performance is normal.
DDPAI is not responsible for other extra warranty or commitment promised by resellers, agents, distributors or any other third parties.
Return & Refund Policy
DDPAI is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. If the product did not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Beyond the end of the 14 days, only replacement or repair for the product is accepted. We are not responsible for any refund beyond the 14 days of the delivery date.
Customers must inform us within 14 days of the delivery date if missing the products’ part or receiving the wrong products.
DDPAI Online Store would not provide refund or exchange for any product issues caused by customers, whereas you are welcome to contact DDPAI Customer Service for any product support request.
Products purchased from other channels except DDPAI Online Store are subject to the specific policies of each platform. DDPAI is not responsible for their refund and return.
Important Note: Normally the orders that are under processing, being on hold or have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from DDPAI due to force majeure, you are subject to the following return and refund policies.
Return Products within 14 Days for Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from its delivery date to receive a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Policy for Products Purchased from a Third-Party
If the DDPAI product that you have purchased from the third-party stores or vendors does not function to your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation, please contact the third-party store or vendor where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy. All the return and refund processes related to the DDPAI products purchased from third-party stores or vendors are subject to the specific policies of the third-party stores or vendors.
